Every invitation includes a built-in RSVP form that automatically syncs responses to a Google Sheet. You'll see guest names, attendance, and meal preferences in real time — no manual tracking needed.
You receive a shareable link you can send however you like — WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM, or even printed on a simple card. There's no app to install and nothing to download. Guests just open the link.
The invitation works on any device — phone, tablet, or computer — with no account or app required. For elderly guests, you can share the link via WhatsApp or have a family member help. For a small group, we recommend printing a simple card with the link and QR code.
Yes — The Vow includes 2 languages and The Forever supports up to 3. Perfect for international guests or mixed-culture weddings. Guests can switch languages directly on the invitation page.
We recommend sending 2–3 months before your wedding. If many guests are travelling from abroad or your wedding is in peak season (June, July, September), send it 3 months in advance. A digital save-the-date can go out 6–9 months early.
Absolutely. Many couples send the digital invitation to most guests and print a small number of physical cards for older relatives. You can also use a printed card with a QR code that links directly to the digital invitation.
